Worked out

Work and bad internet connection are reasons why this blog was left deserted for the past few weeks.. Having studied about work unions, I now wonder if it's accessible for poor interns like us.. or whether we have the right to speak against injustice in the workplace.. For instance, having to work on weekends and public holidays. I hope no one from D company will come across this..but I'm feeling terribly overworked and underpaid!! =/ Anyhow, miserable as it is.. there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. I hope.

However, these are keeping me going:

A Takamine EG523SC!

and a

Taylor Big Baby!!

aren't they just beautiful?? =) hope i can afford one of them by the end of these 3 months =P

Gosh, obvioulsly your employer is taking advantage of you, dun promise them to work so frequently, as they will see you as easy target, I learned from experience, hehe.

Wow, cool guitar, i think they really motivate you right? haha. K, you take care ah! God bless you!

at my working place, those permanent staff are the ones that work during weekends and public holidays. but interns dont.

maybe u could complete working at AcNielson for a month then find another place to work.

cause working on public holidays are so wrong la girl. go sue them. wakaka.

Hang in there.

Honestly though, I have not heard of Work Unions acting on the behalf of interns due to the nature of internship.

Anyway, most interns get "abused" as a form of cheap labour. Take it as a form of experience and if you EVER own your own company, make sure your own interns never suffer like you did :)
