I'm freed of slavery!! No more door knocking, flat hiking, Tesco a-searching and under the sun toiling!!! This cuzzz I've quit at Nielsen's and found a new job! Wooohhhoooo!! =DD All thanks to a church member's recommendation, I applied and got a job as Temp Marketing Support at a company next to One U =D I've prayed and prayed, and really thank God not for only for this but also that I was able to leave Nielsen peacefully! =) With this, i officially resign from Nielsen on Monday and begin with my new company (which is next to One U -Double Joy!! =P) on Tues! =) Thank Youuuu Lord!

On the day I got accepted for the job, I also went with a number of churchies to GTPJ for the Hillsongs United concert tour. The church was just spilling with teens and also of cuz..older ppl like me...aheemmm.. =P

Overall it was a good concert.. however the stuffiness and the event of my toes being jumped on distracted me from worshipping. Honestly i only connected during the last few songs. Standing behind a head banging teen (who probably related fast worship songs to hardcore rock) didn't help at all. I was also hoping that Brooke Fraser will be there leading worship, but unfortunately she was not there..probably busy with her album launch in the States =P

Anyhow, this concert showed that the Hillsongs team is really talented. The themes and messages portrayed in their songs were authentic and real meaningful. Keep it up! =)

Worked out

Work and bad internet connection are reasons why this blog was left deserted for the past few weeks.. Having studied about work unions, I now wonder if it's accessible for poor interns like us.. or whether we have the right to speak against injustice in the workplace.. For instance, having to work on weekends and public holidays. I hope no one from D company will come across this..but I'm feeling terribly overworked and underpaid!! =/ Anyhow, miserable as it is.. there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. I hope.
