What has been...

Alot has happened since I last blogged..

There was the DongLai's Christmas celebration, Adeline's farewell, the Mamma Mia musical event, the songwriting sleepover and all the yum chas..

Then Christmas was sweet, with lovely performances from d oldest - Golden Years Fellowship, and the youngest - Children's Church... Which was followed by a mini movie marathon at home with d other pair of Wong siblings, and family time thereafter..

And lastly...I finally got my new phone! =) It's a Sony Ericsson k770i, and grey cuz no shop seemed to have d brown i wanted.. but its still perfect. Love d camera, love d sound quality =)

D only setback was that we couldn't really ssee the live band playing frm where we sat, and the lady in front of me kept moving around, blocking my view..so I had to too. Poor guy behind me.

Birthdays are soo fun =)

So many events to write about up, don't know where to start. Let me start with the most recent one..

Yesterday, the King of Sabo was dethroned.. and this is not without a meticulously well laid plan/scheme, that involved lotsa time and effort =P (in facebook that is) It was decided that 8pm would be the defining moment of history.....

And so, about 20 lovely and innocent looking people gathered at the Koays' house at 7.30pm to officiate the plan. The whole house was noisy with excitement by the hyped up ppl. All so eager to take revenge =P After a detailed briefing and demonstration of weapons, these 20 ppl set out for the victim's house.. in cars.

The plan was like this... me, Wei-Li, Wy-Pun and Chin Yee will arrive at his house with intention of bringing him to yum cha along with a belated bday cake. While asking him to put the cake, the guys who will be sneaking from the back door, will ambush him and tie him up..

And guess what?? The plan worked perfectly well! Though Alvin was a lil puzzled by our arrival.. he obediently followed Chin Yee's order to smell the cake that "she made", and put it in the fridge. That was the signal for the Alvin-hungry guys behind, and the ambush began!

After filling our stomachs with satisfaction, we quickly left the house to the next stop (Hannah's) while the guys untie him.

Thinking we were there to sabo her, Hannah quickly hid herself to a corner. But of cuz, when there's 20 ppl surrounding u, hiding doesn't work =P After a fake sabo scare, we sang the birthday song to her =)

Was really a fun and fruitful night! Next time, if u love sabo-ing people... think twice. Make sure u are not involved in every bday sabo, or else you'll end up like Alvin! =P

Thursdayyy

Just came back from college.. Decided to drop a year 3 sub, after the lecturer kept warning us that it is gonna be a very tough sub to take for a short sem. With that I bade farewell to the idea of 2 days of classes a week, and will be taking Asian Innoavative & Entrepreneurship instead. This leaves me with classes on Mon, Tues and Thurs.  That class is gonna be a reunion of sorts with Sharon and gang =) 

This short sem also leaves me with no hols, all the way till mid Feb. No break except the one and only Christmas day and apparently finals is right after CNY...kill joy betul =( 

Hence the sudden Dinner/Music glam night organized by Business Dept i guess. A way to the student's amicable list maybe? =P

As from tmr till Sat, there'll be no updates as I'll be away camping (tentless, campfireless) in church for the YPF Mercy Project. Its gonna be real fun, can't wait!! =D

Time to go pack...
